BUILDING A BETTER TOMORROW

In this section, I want to bring your focus to my top-priority matters. These are the chief causes I will champion in Topeka that I recognize as essential to the competent governance of our state in 2026.

1. Medicaid expansion remains a powerful initiative for improving the lives of all Kansans. Many of our friends, family members, and neighbors will benefit directly from this, and the rest of us will benefit indirectly in countless ways. It is an economic win-win, as well as a moral obligation for a government that cares about its people. So far, Kansas's legislature has demonstrated care not for its citizens, but instead, moneyed interests. In Topeka, my demand for this simple necessity to the welfare of our state will be unrelenting, and my rebuke of those in opposition will be sharp. Under current federal legislation, there will be no better time to do this than the present.
    

2. Though the President might call affordability a "Democrat hoax", I am proud to be something of an expert and proponent in and around policies that could lift the burden of our ever-climbing cost of living. This starts, first and foremost, with policy reform around housing and development, and continues with improvements in transportation, energy, and food. In these areas, and beyond, I will work to improve our quality of life while reducing expenses, and am eager to save all of us Kansans our hard-earned money, so that we might start to get ahead, rather than just getting by!
    

3. Kansas (as well as other states) needs to have redundant structures in place that, triggered by federal cuts, will automatically supplement the responsibility of care for its people. I will work to construct a safety net to catch those who fall when a ruthless federal administration begins hacking away the lifeline of our fellow Kansans.
    

4. I will do everything in my power to protect the good people of Kansas from the illegal and dangerous activity of ICE and their ilk. I will do everything I can to uphold the sacred ideal of free and fair elections and accessible voting. I will advocate for more fair redistricting processes that eliminate partisan gerrymandering. I'll do all I can to protect and expand the rights and quality of life for Kansans now and of generations to come. I am committed to Liberty and Justice For All!
